The SRAM Eagle S500 chain is part of the new Eagle S500 groupset, the most sophisticated one in the S-series, featuring AXS wireless shifting technology. The S500 series is a lightweight groupset with excellent shifting performance. The S500 series is suitable for use on electric mountain bikes.
The PVD coating extends the chain's life and improves corrosion resistance. Thus, you will need to replace the chain and all other drive components less often. With a gold or rainbow finish, the chain matches the groupset perfectly.
